The Default Super Admin is the person who created the organization's Kudos account. All the billing and error notifications are delivered by email to the Default Super Admin (DSA). You may change your DSA by going to:
> Account > Customize
It will be below the field for Organization Name, and you can select any other Super Admin on the account from the drop-down menu. Super Admins are created in the User Admin page. If you also want the previous default Super Admin to become an Administrator or a User, you can make that change in User Admin.
