If you use Zendesk for your organization's help and support platform, integrating it with Kudos is a perfect way to encourage your Customer Support team to send Kudos messages both to clients and each other.
To get started on linking Kudos and Zendesk, go to:
Account > Integrations > Zendesk
Once there enter your Zendesk url and click Save.
From here, go into your Zendesk account and go to:
Search 'Kudos' in the search field on the right, and click on the icon for the Kudos App. Click Install in the top right corner. Now click on any ticket in Zendesk. You should see the new Kudos App on the right side of the page — if you don't, click on the Apps button in the top right then click Reload Apps.
You can now log into the app using your Kudos credentials and start sending recognition!
